The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the Shinagawa train station, making it easy to access transportation options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds and a coffee table. The bathroom is also roomy and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful traditional Japanese garden and a sauna and gym for guests to enjoy.
The breakfast options are limited, with many empty plates and not enough variety to choose from.

During our recent stay at The Prince Sakura Tower, we were delighted by the traditional Japanese design and the beautiful Japanese garden in the backyard. The hotel captures the essence of Japanese culture. The room, although slightly smaller compared to other 5-star hotels, was still comfortable and showcased the attention to detail in Japanese design. The gym and sauna were well maintained, and we appreciated the tranquility and respect for others. The location, close to Shinagawa station, made it convenient for exploring Tokyo. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for a unique and cultural experience.

The attached garden was a highlight, beautiful cherry blossoms day and night. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean, well-equipped rooms. Modern design with nice views. Great location for transportation. Spectacular breakfast. Cozy spa with wet and dry sauna. Quiet despite city location. Fast, working internet across all Prince hotels in the area.

Lovely park nearby during Sakura bloosom. Kind staff, spacious rooms, professional service. Close to main train station, easy access to any part of the city. Excellent service, room with splendid view of Tokyo tower, Jacuzzi, Japanese garden. Smoking lounge with wide selection. Free copies at business center, coffee machine and kettle. Biggest room in Tokyo, clean and nicely furnished. Generous amenities. Staff allowed early check-in.

This hotel provided the ultimate luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, massage and spa lounge. the service was impeccable, with the staff anticipating and fulfilling our every need.
The rooms appeared a bit dated, however, they were still kept clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the hotel's restaurant and bar/lounge area, as well as the private facilities available.
